Indie rock band that formed in 2014, whom I first came across last year with the release of their debut EP ‘PARASITE’. After hearing ‘DO YOU KNOW ME?’, the in-your-face main song from the EP, I could tell right away that it wouldn’t be long before these guys strode their way into the playlists of listeners all over the country – their confidence mixed in with their important political messages make them into a band not to be underestimated; and they have continued to prove this in the series of singles and EPs they’ve been bringing out over the last year. All of them stick to that British working class, comic-aggressive style pioneered by The Streets (Mike Skinner), Dan Le Sac Vs. Scroobius Pip, and Jamie T, yet at the same time adding modern, indie-punk punches, more along the likes of The Bohicas and Slaves. You don’t really have an excuse not to listen; they’re brilliant, and pretty much all their songs are under 3 minutes long – and everyone has time for that in their day.
